Low Fat Raw Vegan “Oatmeal Raisin/Apple Crumb Cake” Cookies
I came up with this idea the other day, and finally tested it. So good, and so simple.
All you have to do is throw some dried, white figs into your food processor, along with some cinnamon (not 100% raw, I know, but close enough). Roll the “dough” into cookie shapes, and, voilà! Cookies! As suggested by the name, they taste to me like oatmeal raisin cookies and also like apple crumb cake if more cinnamon is added.
And, of course, you just have to have milk with your cookies. In this case, banana milk. Blend bananas with water to a desirable consistency (I used 1-1/2 banana with a cup of water).
